We curated a bespoke itinerary, including private charter and luxury hotel stay, for a couple wanting to watch the Miami Grand Prix.
Planning a luxury trip to watch the Miami Grand Prix
We were approached by a client in Ohio asking us to design a bespoke itinerary for his trip to the Miami Grand Prix, which was to include a private jet charter, a luxury hotel stay and a last-minute commercial jet booking. There was a last-minute request for a change to the itinerary when the client’s wife decided to join him on the trip, but our team worked around the clock to ensure everything went off without a hitch.
The client originally asked for a one-way private jet charter, planning to take a commercial flight to South Africa for a business meeting after the race. With his wife now travelling too, we accommodated a last-minute change to the itinerary, adding a return charter back to Columbus with a stop in Atlanta. We then booked the client a business-class flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg, while his wife continued to Columbus on the Cessna Citation Ultra. Our flight reps were present at every leg of the journey to ensure everything ran to schedule.
With flights taken care of, our team at The Travel Division set about arranging the couple’s luxury accommodation. We booked them a room at the Ritz Carlton, noting its emphasis on privacy and pampering, and arranged a private chauffeur to be at their disposal throughout their time in Miami. Our knowledgeable local experts were also on-hand to help them get the very most out of their time in the city by catering to their every need, from providing restaurant recommendations to arranging exclusive experiences.
