We were tasked with arranging a trip to the Royal Ascot in Berkshire for a high-net-worth repeat client and five guests. The annual horse-racing event is a major date on the British sporting and social calendar and the group wanted a VIP experience from start to finish, including luxury accommodation and a helicopter transfer to the racecourse.

After reserving the required amount of rooms, we arranged a private helicopter charter to whisk the guests straight from the hotel to the racecourse in just 15 minutes, adding to the VIP experience and ensuring they started the day in effortless style.

The client needed to make some last-minute amendments to the hotel booking, which we handled without a hitch. We were also available 24/7 to handle any other requests or queries they had, which helped them feel at ease that everything would run smoothly.
