A regular client got in touch to put together a full holiday package for him and his partner. As the holder of an ACS Empyrean jet card, the client enjoys being able to charter a private jet anywhere he likes at the time of his choosing, and on this occasion he wanted to depart from his latest engagement in Italy in just two days’ time.
Despite the short time-frame, it only took our travel experts a few hours to design a bespoke itinerary from scratch. The couple wanted to be able to relax in total privacy, but with the option of accessing extra amenities if desired. With this in mind, we reserved them a secluded private villa within the grounds of a luxury hotel with extensive facilities.
We worked with our colleagues at Air Charter Service to arrange a private jet charter to whisk the couple from Italy to their chosen holiday destination on a Greek island, opting for a Pilatus PC24 light jet with a luxurious interior for the outbound journey. For their return flight home to Sweden, we sourced an Embraer Phenom 300E light jet.
We arranged every element of the itinerary, including hotel transfers, allowing the client to fully switch off and make the most of the break. We further personalised the experience by adding some extra touches via our contact at the hotel – a hand-written welcome note, flowers and champagne were waiting in the villa on arrival and the couple received a complimentary massage.
